"Staff were honestly so helpful"
I had a really good experience with pandora.net. I wasn’t sure about the size at all, like whether it would fit right, whether I should go up or down, or if I was just overthinking it, and the staff helped me quickly. They didn’t make it feel like a hassle or like I was asking too many questions. They explained what I needed, gave clear advice, and were friendly the whole time. It made the order way easier than I expected, especially since stuff like sizing, checkout, and choosing the right option can sometimes be annoying

"A sweet little gift that meant a lot"
I ordered a bracelet from Pandora and added a small engraving on the charm. i was a little nervous it might come out too tiny or look a bit uneven, but it turned out really clean and easy to read. The website was straightforward to use, and I liked being able to preview the engraving before checking out. Delivery was right around the time they estimated, so no complaints there. It made the bracelet feel so much more personal, and when my sister opened it, she absolutely loved it. Seeing her reaction made me so glad I chose to add that little detail

"Seriously, it darkened SO fast"
I only wore it a few times and it already started turning dark. Like, how does that even happen that quickly? I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but this felt way too soon and kind of ridiculous

I ordered a bracelet and two charms from pandora.net, and everything looked legit to me. The silver stamps were there, the pieces had a nice weight to them, and nothing felt cheap or fake. The packaging seemed standard too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery took a little longer than I expected, but as far as authenticity goes, I didn’t have any concerns. Has anyone else had slower shipping with them, or was that just my order?

I had to cancel my order a little while back, I want to say last week or maybe the week before, and I was expecting the refund to take forever. But it showed up way sooner than I expected, maybe in a couple days? I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of emails, which was a relief. Easy experience overall.

Umm, I got a bracelet for my sister’s birthday from pandora and she really liked it. The sizing was easy to figure out, and delivery was fine too. Only small thing was the gift box came with a few marks on it, which was a bit annoying since it was a present.

"Stressful tracking experience"
The tracking barely updated for days, then out of nowhere it said my order was delivered even though it wasn’t. I reached out to customer service and they basically just told me to wait longer, which wasn’t very helpful. The package did eventually show up, but the whole process was more stressful than it should’ve been. Not a great experience overall.
